Allya the Beluga whale is featured in this video. At an aquarium in western Japan Allya has learned to blow bubble rings. The video's description says that in the wild, some dolphins and whales blow bubble rings by inhaling air through their blowholes and releasing it through their mouths underwater. In the tank Alya can blow bubbles anytime thanks to the help of scuba diving equipment. In the video Allya sends a few bubble towards a little girl.
An octopus squeezes himself through a tiny 1-inch hole in this video which is part of a research project.
Octopuses have an amazing ability to squeeze through tiny crevices, cracks and holes. My fall BIOS independent studies student, Raymond .. all Deckel is investigating just how small a hole Octopus macropus can fit through as well as how long it takes them to squeeze through different sizes of holes.
This is a very silly short clip of a very dramatic prarie dog. Perhaps the prarie dog attended acting school? Originally the video was called "Dramatic Chipmunk" before they realized it was not a chipmunk. The video has millions of views over the past week or so on YouTube.com. The video has many responses including O RLY?!, Dramatic Peep and Deniro Taxi Driver version.
Here's a video of a cat named Nora that loves to play the video. The description for the video says Nora began sitting at the piano at age one.

The Lyrebird is a Australian bird that has an incredible ability to mimic sounds both natural and manmade. In this video David Attenborough captures the bird mimicking a variety of other birds and other sounds like cameras and chain saws.
This is a video of a rare frilled shark that was recently discovered in shallow waters off the coast of Japan. The shark (Chlamydoselachus anguineus) is a very primitive species and it is sometimes referred to as a living fossil.
