Eiffel Tower Goes Dark to Honor Charlie Hebdo

The Eiffel Tower went dark as Paris mourned the loss of victims from the horrific Charles Hebdo attack that killed twelve people. The tower went dark at 8 p.m. local time in Paris. There were also widespread rallies in the city.
