Reporter Gives Hurricane Irene Update Covered in Foam

WTTG-TV reporter Tucker Barnes gave a report from Ocean City, Maryland covered in foam. Barnes described the foam as having a "sandy consistency." He said it "smells like ocean." Barnes was told there is organic matter mixed in with it. He also says, "It doesn't smell great."

Fox News says the foam may have included raw sewage and was a "toxic mix of pollution and cyanobacteria." Fox News may not be accurate because it is not clear why there would be raw sewage down by the boardwalk. However, the reporter probably should have avoided the foam. Take a look:
